Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in Contracts for the Use of Digital Content

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (e.g., purchases made in our online shop). According to § 13 BGB, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or professional activities.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, your right of withdrawal expires if Chilling Sounds has begun executing the contract after you have:

Explicitly agreed that we may begin executing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
Confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once execution of the contract begins.
